Everything You Might Wonder – Before the Big Day
Planning your wedding and wondering what it’s like to work with your photographer?
In this section, I answer the most frequently asked questions about my approach – from our initial consultation to the flow of the wedding day, editing process, and the delivery of your final images.
If you're looking for wedding photography that is both emotionally rich and beautifully structured – with a personal touch – you'll find everything you need to know right here.
What does your photographic coverage on the wedding day look like?
Keep an amount of text similar in each Grid element for a balanced look without any element dominating the others in terms of height
Can we schedule a personal meeting in advance?
Absolutely. A personal consultation is an essential part of my process. It allows us to get to know each other and ensures a strong connection – which is key to capturing authentic, emotional moments on your wedding day.
During this initial, no-obligation conversation, we’ll discuss your vision, the timeline, and all important details of your wedding photography.
How many images will we receive – and in what quality?
Depending on your package and the size of your wedding, you’ll receive between 300 and 800 high-resolution JPEGs, all professionally pre-edited for a consistent Fine Art look. At least 20 images will be enhanced through detailed post-production.
Are all images professionally edited?
Yes. Every image you receive is carefully edited to ensure a consistent, high-quality aesthetic throughout your wedding gallery.
A curated selection – typically from the couple shoot or key moments – is further refined through detailed retouching, depending on your chosen package and individual wishes.
Extensive edits (such as makeup, wardrobe, or location corrections) are available upon request, as they require additional post-production time.
How long will it take to receive our final photos?
Depending on the season, the editing process typically takes between 30 and 90 days.
I always provide a personalized delivery timeline in advance, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your final gallery.
If you need your photos sooner, an express turnaround is available upon request and subject to availability.
Do you offer photo albums or high-end prints?
Yes, upon request I offer exclusive photo albums and premium Fine Art prints to beautifully complement your wedding reportage.
You can also share your images via a password-protected online gallery, where guests may conveniently order prints or wall art – either individually or collectively through you as a couple.
Do you work alone or with a second photographer?
For most weddings – especially intimate celebrations – I work solo to keep the experience personal and unobtrusive.
For larger events or parallel moments, I recommend adding a second photographer to ensure all key perspectives are captured.
If desired, I can also coordinate a trusted team including a makeup artist, stylist, or videographer for a fully professional wedding day experience.
What happens to the couple shoot if the weather is bad?
No worries – beautiful images can be created even in rain, wind, or cloudy skies.
With a strong background in studio photography, I’m fully prepared: I bring professional lighting equipment if needed and always find creative ways to capture atmospheric, elegant moments – regardless of the weather.
A skilled wedding photographer delivers in any condition – and that’s exactly what you can expect from me.
Can we share our own ideas or inspirations with you?
Absolutely – personal ideas and visual inspirations are always welcome. They help me reflect your unique style and personality within the wedding reportage.
However, it’s important that we discuss them in advance, ideally during our initial consultation.
That way, I can thoughtfully integrate them into the timeline without disrupting the flow of your day.
Last-minute changes may cause delays or impact the coverage – and in some cases, lead to additional costs.
How can we secure our desired wedding date with you?
Simply send me a message via the contact form.
Popular wedding dates – especially during peak season – are often booked well in advance, so I recommend reaching out early.
The sooner you inquire, the better I can reserve your date and plan your wedding reportage with full commitment.
